  1. Acceptance of Terms

    • By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

  2. Product Information

    • We strive to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate.
    • Slight variations in color, finish, texture or dimensions may occur due to lighting, screen settings or handcrafted nature.
    • Handmade products may have minor variations that are not defects.

  3. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices may change without prior notice.
    • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (unless you later support COD).

  4. Order Acceptance

    • Navam reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order.
    • If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded according to your refund policy.

  5. Dispatch & Delivery

    • Dispatch timelines are estimates.
    • Delivery depends on the courier partner and destination.
    • Delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions or courier issues are outside Navam's control.

  6. No Liability for Delivery Delays  

    • Navam is not liable for losses, missed events, business losses or indirect damages resulting from delivery delays beyond its reasonable control.

  7. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items  

    • Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.
    • Any incorrect, missing or damaged item should be reported within a specified period (for example, 48 hours) with photos and the order number.
    • Claims reported after that period may not be accepted.

  8. Product Availability

    • Products are subject to availability.
    • Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

    • State when customers can cancel and when Navam may cancel.

    • Product images, descriptions, branding and website content belong to Navam and may not be copied without permission.

  12. Limitation of Liability  

    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navam's total liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
    • Navam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any other consequential loss arising from the use of, inability to use, delayed delivery of, or issues relating to any product or service.
    • Navam shall not be liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  13. Third-Party Services

    • Payments, shipping and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.

  14. Force Majeure

    • Navam is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, etc.).

    • Navam may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the revised terms.

  17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • State that the agreement is governed by the laws of India.
    • Mention the courts having jurisdiction. Since Navam operates from Hyderabad, you may specify Hyderabad, Telangana, subject to advice from your legal counsel.
